Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Advanced-Motion-Controls 31512-0014 / 315120014 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Amp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amprobe parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 American-Dynamics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Amp such as the 0110016110 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AT6010KIT manufactured by Amprobe and we are pleased to be able to service most Amprobe systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ADD600ULP040 by Manufacturer American-Dynamics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Analogic-Data-Precision Brand D2020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by American-Dynamics such as ADC733 equipment made by American-Dynamics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire American-Dynamics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "American-Dynamics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 471L563GR1 made by Amp as well as the popular 115762 original spares produced by Ametek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GM14904S009R1 by Ametek and ADC733 spares by American-Dynamics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 205HVIIACT3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer American-Autogard.
